Who is responsible
IKD MEDIA is the data controller for this site. For any request concerning your data, write to inkdazzle.ai@gmail.com.
What is kept
Your email address, your name as Patreon passes it on, your language, and your Patreon identifier. The history of your memberships: tier, start and end dates, last recorded payment. Your reading progress and downloads, when you are signed in.
Why
To open the access your membership pays for, and to give it back to you on another device. The membership history is also what allows a claim to be answered, long afterwards.
Who else has access
Patreon, which handles the membership and the payment, and which the site asks about the state of yours. bunny.net, which hosts and delivers the images. The server host. Nobody else: no ad network, no third-party analytics, no social platform.
For how long
As long as your account exists. On request it is anonymised: your address and name are erased, the links to Patreon are cut, and only an accounting trace remains, with nobody behind it.
Cookies
Two. One for your session, without which you could not stay signed in. One for the language you pick, so the site does not send you back to another one on your next visit. Both are strictly necessary, neither carries an identifier, and neither serves any measurement. No advertising or analytics cookie is placed.
Your rights
Obtain a copy of everything the site knows about you, have what is wrong corrected, have your account erased, or object to a processing. Writing is enough.
