Write for anything about your membership, a payment, a broken link, a page that will not open, or a proposal. Messages about personal data go to the same place and are answered there. If the question concerns access to a season you have paid for, mention the email address used on Patreon. It is what ties the payment to the account, and it makes the answer immediate rather than a round trip.

Messages are read by a person, not by a queue, and answered in the language you write in. There is no other channel: the accounts InkDazzle keeps on other platforms are for publishing, not for support, and a question sent there will take far longer to reach anyone.
